How We Handle Every Question and Answer

We think a site that offers readings owes its visitors a plain account of how those readings actually get made. This page is that account — not a marketing page dressed up as one.

How Readers Are Selected

Each of our five readers — Adrienne Voss, Marcus Teale, Priya Anand, Selene Marchetti, and Callum Reyes — was chosen for a defined area of focus rather than a generic “psychic” label. We look for readers who write clearly, who engage with the specifics of a question rather than reaching for stock phrasing, and who are comfortable saying “I don’t know” or “this isn’t something I can answer” when a question falls outside what a reading can responsibly address. A reader’s specialty on our About page reflects the type of question they consistently handle well, and questions are routed accordingly.

How Answers Are Reviewed

Every written answer goes through a basic editorial check before it’s sent: is it addressed to the actual question asked, is the tone appropriate to the subject, and does it avoid anything that reads as a guarantee or a medical, legal, or financial instruction. Answers that stray into that territory are sent back for revision rather than published as-is. We’re not running the readings through an approval committee, but nothing goes out unread by a second set of eyes.

What We Won’t Do

We don’t answer questions designed to test a reader with unrelated trivia, we don’t offer diagnoses, legal conclusions, or investment recommendations under the framing of a reading, and we don’t fabricate detail about a named third party’s private thoughts or actions. If a submitted question crosses one of these lines, we’ll say so honestly rather than force an answer that oversteps what a reading can responsibly claim.

Corrections

If something on the site is factually wrong — a broken link, an outdated reference, a mistake in a blog post — email us at [email protected] and we’ll review and correct it. We don’t silently edit published articles to reverse a stated opinion or interpretation; corrections are for factual errors, not for softening an honest answer someone didn’t like.

No Guarantees

We want to be direct about this: no reading on this site, however carefully written, is a guarantee of a future outcome. A psychic reading is one considered perspective offered for entertainment and personal reflection — useful as a prompt for your own thinking, not as a certainty to act on unquestioningly. Where a question touches on health, legal standing, or significant financial decisions, we’ll note that a licensed professional is the appropriate next step, and we mean it every time we say it, not as a disclaimer buried in fine print.
